Refund & Exchange Policy

At Coolarix, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. Returns are accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Proof Requirements

To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect

This information must be sent to coolarixstore@gmail.com within the 14-day return window.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged.

4. Return Process

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify the customer of approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items submitted after the 14-day window
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification
